When treated right your downline will remain with you forever. You may change companies or products and if you took care of your downline it will remain faithful to you no matter where you go. So never treat your team members as numbers because they are people just like you with parents, brothers and sisters that care for them. Treat others like you would like to be treated. Become a mentor for your downline and give them whatever info they need to succeed and be available. When you serve them well they remain loyal to you and in MLM this is what you need they will always be there working alongside with you. People are not numbers your commitment must be to them, not to personal profit.
